What is MyJam?
MyJam is the loyalty program designed by Daniel’s Donuts for donut lovers. Created to reward our loyal customers, the app will allow you to accumulate points with purchases that then can be converted into rewards. Additionally, the app will spontaneously provide exclusive offers and content for members.
What are the benefits of signing up to MyJam?
Every donut, drink or pie gets you closer to earning more of your favourite treats. Upon sign up you will receive a free donut and the ability to collect points used to redeem rewards. Plus, the MyJam app has an offers section where you will recieve access to exclusive offers. You will also have easy access to our online ordering for convenient delivery or to skip the queue instore.
How can I join?
Download the MyJam app from the iOS App Store or Google Play on your device. Simply follow the prompts to set up your account. You’ll be required to provide personal information to create your accounts such as an email address, mobile number and birthday (optional). You may also sign up via our website and will be able to collect and redeem points with your barcode but will not have access to all the additional amazing offers and content available on the app.
Is MyJam Rewards available at all stores?
MyJam Rewards is currently being rolled out to all locations but at the moment, points can be earned but not redeemed at our petrol station and Flinders St locations.
Any coupons, freebies or special offers can also only be redeemed at all other stores, excluding petrol station and Flinders St locations.

How do I earn points?
When you scan your barcode instore or order online via our website/app you will earn 10 points for every dollar you spend. These points are then redeemable for rewards. So, the more Daniel’s you enjoy the more rewards you redeem.
Can I collect/redeem points at any store?
Currently points can only be collected and redeemed at these participating stores. This does not include our petrol station locations.
Do I need to sign up to collect and redeem points?
Yes, you are required to register in order to collect and redeem points.
Where can I find my point balance?
Your point balance is located on the “Card” tab of the app.
Can I redeem some of my points now and some later?
Yes, if you are redeeming instore staff will be able to allocate the amount of points required for the item you are wanting to redeem. Any additional points will remain on your account to redeem whenever you choose.
Help! I'm missing points
We're still rolling out the programme to all of our stores and currently, at our petrol station and Flinders St locations, we're unable to add points on the spot nor redeem any coupons or freebies.
If you made a purchase and need to add those points to your account, make sure you grab your receipt and fill in this form here.
When will my points update after my transaction?
Points can take up to 10 hours to accumulate but majority of the time they will appear immediately. If more than 10 hours have passed, and the points are still not visible please contact us.
Can I redeem my points with online ordering or delivery orders?
Points can be collected and redeemed while ordering via the app or the Daniel’s Donuts online ordering. Orders placed with third party delivery services (Uber Eats, Door Dash, Menulog, iPantry) are not eligible for point collections or redemption.
Do my points expire?
Points will expire 2 years after they have been added to the account.
Can I transfer my points to another account?
No. Points cannot be transferred as they are unique to the account scanned at the time of transaction.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Rewards and Offers can be redeemed instore during a transaction as well as when ordering online via the Daniel’s Donuts app or website.
How many points do I need to redeem rewards?
You can find the redemption chart HERE. Rewards start as low as 350 points!
Why didn't I receive my birthday reward?
Per our terms and conditions, birthday rewards are valid after your membership has been active for one month.
I've downloaded the app but can't see my free donut?
Thanks for downloading the app! It's the first step to bangin' rewards. to troubleshoot finding your free donut for signing up, make sure you check the "Offers" tab at the bottom of the app screen. This is where the free donut will appear. You need to verify your email address to see this. Make sure to check your junk folder for the verification email.
Does my birthday reward expire?
The free birthday donut is valid from 3 days prior and up to 3 days post the date of birth. This allows plenty of time for you to enjoy your donut without feeling rushed to redeem. Birthday rewards are available after you've been a member for one month.
I'm having trouble verifying my email address to access my free donut!
No worries, we can help! Make sure you check your junk folder as the verification email may have gone there. If you're hvaing trouble with the link, we'd recommend copy & pasting it into a new browser. If these don't work, contact us and we can help!
I have deleted the MyJam app; will my points be lost?
Reinstall the app and sign in to view your account details. All points are stored against your account therefore any points collected will not be lost.
How do I cancel my account?
If you wish to cancel your account, please locate the “Permanently Delete Account” button on the “More” tab of the app. If you are unable to locate this, please contact us.
I have registered but have forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password, select the “Forgot Password” button located on the login screen.
